- Comply with all national and local HSE regulations and statutory obligations.
- Establish and achieve HSE objectives, targets, and improvement plans to drive continual enhancement.
- Minimize environmental impact, reduce material consumption, promote reuse and recycling of waste, and adopt best practices in waste management to reinforce ecosystem and biodiversity.
- Identify and assess potential hazards that could pose risks to our employees, suppliers, subcontractors, or the environment and take necessary control measures.
- Engage in open consultation with our employees and key stakeholders on workplace issues, including those related to health, safety, and the environment.
- Provide comprehensive induction, information, instruction, training, and supervision.
- Prevent accidents and health issues by providing a safe and healthy work environment.
- Regularly measure and evaluate our HSE performance through audits, inspections, and internal reporting.
Policy Review:
- Our HSE policy will be continually monitored and reviewed to ensure alignment with any changes in UAE laws, local regulations, and the evolving occupational health, safety, and environmental aspects. We commit to annual policy reviews to ensure its effectiveness (every 12 months).
